Martina Caruso’s Bistro is the informal option at the Signum, where guests can sip a cocktail prepared by Raffaele Caruso and taste the dishes from the Signum kitchen, while enjoying the panoramic views of the Aeolian Islands.
A selection of appetizing dishes, carefully prepared, supplementing the dishes on the Gourmet Restaurant menu.
These options evoke the perfumes, flavours and colours of Aeolian cookery, created by Martina Caruso, winner of the Michelin award in 2019 as best female chef.
